Who can take part

  • Age 18–60 and in generally good health (ASA physical status 1 or 2)
  • Scheduled for about 2-hour surgery with specific muscle relaxants (vecuronium or rocuronium)
  • BMI between 18–32 kg/m² and weighing at least 50 kg (men) or 45 kg (women)
  • No serious heart, liver, kidney, or neurological conditions
  • Willing to use reliable contraception and avoid pregnancy for 3 months after the study
  • No known allergies to anesthesia drugs or cyclodextrin (the drug's base ingredient)
