Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old
  • You are in generally good health (ASA level I or II—meaning no serious medical conditions or only mild ones)
  • Your body mass index is between 18.5 and 30 kg/m²
  • Your cholinesterase enzyme levels are normal before surgery
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
  • You don't have severe heart, lung, kidney, liver problems, a difficult airway, or neuromuscular disorders like myasthenia gravis
