Who can take part

  • You are 18–55 years old
  • You run at least twice per week and have done so for the last 6 months
  • You have no current injuries that limit your ability to run
  • You do not have a recent lower-limb surgery or fracture (within 6 months)
  • You are willing to commit to 8 weeks of exercises and attend follow-up appointments
  • You are not currently pregnant or doing another structured strength-training program
