Who can take part

  • You must be a recreational runner who runs between 30 and 520 minutes per week (roughly 30 minutes to 8.5 hours weekly)
  • You must pass a health screening questionnaire called the Get Active Questionnaire to confirm it's safe for you to participate in physical activity
  • You cannot run more than 520 minutes per week—if you're training at a competitive or elite level, you would not be eligible
