  • Neck pain lasting at least 3 months
  • Reduced neck movement (stiffness) linked to your neck pain
  • No previous neck surgery or broken neck bones
  • No nerve pain radiating from the neck or neurological conditions
  • No inflammatory, rheumatic, or systemic diseases affecting the spine
  • No pacemaker, metal implants, or skin damage in the treatment area
