Who can take part
- Age 65 or older
- English as your first language
- Noticed changes in your memory or thinking within the last 5 years
- No diagnosis of dementia or other neurological conditions (stroke, Parkinson's, multiple sclerosis, etc.)
- No untreated sleep apnea, severe depression, or active substance abuse
- Able to see and hear adequately (with corrective aids if needed) and able to understand and consent to research
