Who can take part

  • You are between 45 and 85 years old
  • You need a colonoscopy for screening (routine check) rather than to follow up on known polyps
  • You have not had a colonoscopy in the past 5 years
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
  • You have not taken blood thinners like aspirin or warfarin within the past 7 days
  • You do not have inflammatory bowel disease, familial polyposis, or a history of colorectal cancer
