Who can take part

  • You are between 20 and 40 years old
  • You have one or more badly damaged upper back teeth (premolars) that need implants
  • Your jawbone is healthy enough and thick enough to support an implant
  • You do not smoke or are a non-smoker
  • You are generally healthy with no uncontrolled diabetes, osteoporosis, or vitamin D deficiency
  • The tooth or root remaining does not sit in an awkward position that would prevent implant placement
