Safety study of MCAM in healthy adults

  • You are between 18 and 55 years old
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18.0 and 32.0, and you weigh at least 110 pounds
  • You have not smoked or used any tobacco products for at least 3 months
  • Your blood pressure, heart rate, and heart rhythm (ECG) are normal
  • Your blood work and urine tests are normal
  • You have not been in another drug trial within 30 days (or longer if the previous drug stays in your body longer)
