Who can take part
- You are a male patient under 65 years old
- You currently smoke or have been an active smoker
- You have been diagnosed with both acute coronary syndrome (a type of heart attack) and pneumonia
- You have improved and stabilized after treatment in the hospital
- You are willing to receive vaccinations and attend all follow-up visits
- You do not have a severe allergy history to vaccines or serious conditions like cancer, kidney failure, or liver disease
