Who can take part
- Have moderate to severe atopic dermatitis diagnosed at least 1 year ago that topical treatments haven't controlled well
- Have significant eczema covering at least 10% of your body with intense itching (score of 4 or higher on a 0-10 scale)
- Be at least 18 years old and not pregnant or planning to become pregnant during the study
- Not have HIV, hepatitis B or C, active tuberculosis, or a positive syphilis test
- Not have used any other experimental drugs in the past 30 days
- Not have serious uncontrolled medical conditions like uncontrolled diabetes, heart disease, or severe kidney problems
