  • You are in good overall health with no serious medical conditions requiring ongoing treatment
  • You have no history of seizures, epilepsy, or significant head trauma
  • You have not used recreational drugs (ketamine, MDMA, cannabis, nitrous oxide) in the past 6 weeks
  • You have no serious heart, metabolic, or mental health disorders
  • You are willing to stay in a study facility for observation after receiving the injection
  • Your heart rhythm (measured by ECG) and lab work are normal
