Who can take part

  • BMI between 18.5 and 39.9 (a measure of weight relative to height)
  • Currently eat milk, yogurt, and/or cheese daily and willing to eat 3 servings daily during the study
  • Willing to participate in two 6-week study periods testing different types of dairy
  • Not pregnant, not planning to become pregnant in the next year, and not breastfeeding
  • No dairy allergy, intolerance, or strong dislike of dairy products
  • Able to stop taking most supplements and medications (except those prescribed by your doctor) for the study duration
