COVID-19 Booster Vaccine Study for Previously Vaccinated Adults
Part of Infections clinical trials.
This study tests new COVID-19 booster vaccine candidates in healthy adults who previously received mRNA COVID-19 vaccines. Researchers will monitor safety and how well your immune system responds to help develop better COVID-19 protection.

This trial tests a new type of COVID-19 booster vaccine that targets a protein to help your immune system. It's for people who already had a primary vaccine series and at least one mRNA booster, with the last booster at least 6 months ago.
This trial tests a new mRNA COVID-19 booster vaccine made by a Brazilian research institute. Researchers want to confirm it's safe and well-tolerated in adults who have already received previous COVID-19 vaccines.
This study tests a booster vaccine for HIV in people who were part of an earlier HIV vaccine trial. The goal is to see if it's safe and helps the immune system fight HIV better.
This Phase 3 trial tests a booster vaccine made from a three-part COVID-19 protein (aimed at XBB, BA.5, and Delta) to see how well it works and is tolerated. It may help adults who are due for a COVID-19 booster, including people with certain health conditions, depending on screening results.
This trial tests a next-generation COVID-19 vaccine given as an inhaled mist. It is for adults who have already had at least 3 doses of an mRNA COVID vaccine and are looking for a potentially stronger or longer-lasting immune response.
This study tests a new type of COVID-19 vaccine that is designed to train your immune system to make stronger, longer-lasting protection. You may be able to join if you are 40–64, have already had at least two doses of a mRNA COVID-19 vaccine (Pfizer or Moderna) more than 4 months ago, and are generally healthy.
