This study tests a new type of COVID-19 vaccine that is designed to train your immune system to make stronger, longer-lasting protection. You may be able to join if you are 40–64, have already had at least two doses of a mRNA COVID-19 vaccine (Pfizer or Moderna) more than 4 months ago, and are generally healthy.

Who can take part

  • You are between 40 and 64 years old.
  • You have had at least two doses of the Pfizer or Moderna COVID-19 vaccine, with your last dose more than 4 months ago.
  • You test negative for COVID-19 at the screening visit.
  • You have no recent (within 120 days) COVID-19 infection or vaccination.
  • You are not taking medications that weaken your immune system (such as steroids, chemotherapy, or other immunosuppressants) and have no active autoimmune disease.
