Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 55 years old (phase 1) or 60 years old (phase 2).
  • You have a body mass index (BMI) between 18.5 and 30, meaning a healthy weight range.
  • You have already had at least 3 doses of an mRNA COVID-19 vaccine, with your last booster at least 6 months ago. Or you had 2 mRNA doses and a confirmed COVID infection at least 6 months ago.
  • You are in good general health, with no serious medical conditions like chronic rhinitis (stuffy nose), nasal problems, or a history of nosebleeds.
  • You are available to stay near the study site for the whole trial and agree to use barrier methods (like masks and hand washing) against COVID-19.
  • If you are a woman who can become pregnant, you must use highly effective birth control and not be pregnant or breastfeeding.
