Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older, or you are the parent/guardian of a child with a positive heart screening result
- Your positive heart screening (ADUNU echocardiogram) was done within the last 24 months
- You received your screening at a health facility participating in the ADUNU program in Uganda
- You can speak and understand Acholi, Luo, or English well enough to participate in an interview
- You are willing and able to provide informed consent to participate
