  • You have been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS)
  • You have not had an MS relapse (flare-up) in the past 30 days
  • You identify as Hispanic or Latino
  • You experience walking difficulties but can still walk with support or assistance
  • You speak English or Spanish as your primary language
  • Your doctor clears you to safely participate in exercise activities
