  • You have Stage 5 chronic kidney disease (end-stage kidney disease requiring dialysis or transplant)
  • You are being evaluated for or are on the waiting list for a deceased-donor kidney transplant at Hospital del Mar in Barcelona
  • You can understand and sign a consent form
  • You have access to a smartphone or tablet to answer health questions online
