This study tests whether a 12-week home exercise program (supervised by video calls) can help people who are frail feel stronger and healthier before a kidney transplant. You'll do exercises at home and connect with a trainer online.

Who can take part
- You are an adult (18 or older) with end-stage kidney disease
- You are considered frail or very frail (score of 1 to 5 on a special test called Frailty Phenotype)
- You are on (or close to being on) a kidney transplant waiting list at one of three specific Canadian hospitals
- You can speak English or French
- You can join video calls online (with or without someone's help, or by borrowing a tablet from us)
