EMB-15 for advanced solid tumors without standard treatment

Who can take part

  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of advanced or metastatic solid tumor (cancer that has spread) without an available standard treatment option
  • You are 18 years or older and able to provide informed consent
  • You have a life expectancy of at least 3 months and good overall health (ECOG performance status 0 or 1)
  • You can provide a tumor tissue sample collected within the past year
  • You have adequate blood counts and organ function (liver, kidney, heart)
  • You have not received cancer treatment, radiation, or investigational drugs within the past 4 weeks
