Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have breast cancer that is hormone receptor-positive or HER2-positive, with spread only to bones, and standard treatments have stopped working or caused side effects.
- You have prostate cancer that has spread to bones (at least 2 spots) and has progressed after hormone therapy and chemotherapy.
- You are willing to continue hormone therapy for prostate cancer during the trial and have low testosterone levels (if male).
- Your overall health is good enough to perform daily activities with some help (ECOG 0-2).
- Your blood counts, liver, kidney, and heart function are within acceptable limits.
