Advanced Solid Tumors With Bone Only Metastasis

Who can take part

  • You must have a confirmed solid tumor, specifically breast or prostate cancer that has spread to the bones.
  • For breast cancer: your disease has worsened or you cannot tolerate standard treatments like chemotherapy, hormonal therapy, or targeted therapy; and you have only bone metastases.
  • For prostate cancer: your cancer is hormone-resistant and has progressed after treatments like docetaxel or newer hormone therapies; you must have at least 2 bone metastases and be on ongoing hormone therapy.
  • You are age 18 or older with a good performance status (able to care for yourself).
  • Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function must be within certain limits.
  • You must use effective birth control if you or your partner could become pregnant.
