  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have AML or MDS (including CMML) and are getting a stem cell transplant
  • Your transplant is from a matched or partially matched donor (not an identical twin)
  • You are in complete remission (cancer not detectable) 30 days after transplant
  • Your transplant used standard conditioning (chemotherapy), not T-cell depletion
  • You have not had a previous stem cell or organ transplant
