  • You are between 18 and 40 years old
  • You currently live in the United States
  • You speak English fluently
  • You have an iPhone or Android smartphone and can download an app
  • You do not currently meditate more than 4 times per week
  • You do not have significant depression or anxiety symptoms (screened using brief questionnaires)
