Who can take part
- Be in good overall physical and mental health with no sleep disorders
- Normally sleep 6–10 hours per night and wake between 5:00–9:00 AM
- No metal implants or devices in your body (pacemakers, cochlear implants, etc.) that could be affected by MRI
- No pregnancy, breastfeeding, or plans to become pregnant during the study
- No history of drug or alcohol abuse, and willing to avoid alcohol during the study
- No shift work for 3 months before or during the study, and no air travel across time zones in the month before or during the study
