Who can take part
- You have advanced pancreatic adenocarcinoma (cancer that has spread or cannot be surgically removed) confirmed by biopsy
- Recent imaging (CT, MRI, or PET scan) within 8 weeks shows your cancer
- You are at least 18 years old and able to care for yourself with minimal help (Karnofsky score above 70%)
- Your blood counts and liver and kidney function are within acceptable ranges
- You have not had radiation therapy to the areas where your cancer is located
- If you can have children, you agree to use birth control during the study and for 6 months after the imaging scan
