Who can take part

  • You have advanced pancreatic adenocarcinoma (cancer that has spread or cannot be surgically removed) confirmed by biopsy
  • Recent imaging (CT, MRI, or PET scan) within 8 weeks shows your cancer
  • You are at least 18 years old and able to care for yourself with minimal help (Karnofsky score above 70%)
  • Your blood counts and liver and kidney function are within acceptable ranges
  • You have not had radiation therapy to the areas where your cancer is located
  • If you can have children, you agree to use birth control during the study and for 6 months after the imaging scan
