Who can take part

  • Your stomach cancer must be advanced (can't be removed by surgery) or has spread to other parts of your body, confirmed by biopsy
  • You have not received any previous chemotherapy or systemic treatment for this advanced cancer
  • Your tumor has specific proteins (Claudin 18.2 and PD-L1) that the drug targets, shown by a tissue test
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on imaging scans
  • You are in good enough health to tolerate treatment (ECOG score 0 or 1)
  • You are expected to live at least 3 months
  • Your blood counts and organ function are adequate, and you cannot use certain growth-factor medications in the 2 weeks before starting
