Cataract Surgery Lens for Prior Myopic Eye Surgery

Who can take part

  • You are over 45 years old and need cataract surgery
  • You previously had myopic LASIK or PRK (laser eye surgery to correct nearsightedness)
  • Your vision in both eyes (even with glasses/contacts) is expected to be 20/25 or better before surgery
  • You have no other significant eye diseases (macular disease, glaucoma, severe dry eye, etc.)
  • You have not had any eye surgery except myopic LASIK or PRK
  • You do not have severe corneal irregularities or active eye infection
