Who can take part
- Female, aged 18 to 75 years
- Pathologically confirmed metastatic (spread beyond breast) or locally advanced unresectable breast cancer
- Cancer is hormone-receptor-positive and HER2-positive
- No cancer progression after 4–8 cycles of first-line chemotherapy or targeted therapy (stable disease, partial response, or complete response)
- ECOG performance status 0–1 (able to carry out daily activities with minimal assistance)
- No symptomatic brain metastases or extensive leptomeningeal disease (cancer in brain fluid)
