Dalpiciclib with hormone therapy and blood pressure drug for advanced breast cancer
Treatments studied
Part of Cancer clinical trials.
This trial is testing a new combination of medicines — a CDK4/6 inhibitor (dalpiciclib) plus hormone therapy and a blood pressure drug (olmesartan) — as a first treatment for advanced hormone-positive breast cancer. The goal is to see if this combination helps slow or shrink the cancer better than standard care.
Summary written for real people, not researchers, by Clin2.

This trial tests a new combination of two drugs (dalpiciclib and an HDAC inhibitor) for people with hormone receptor-positive, HER2-negative advanced breast cancer that has progressed after a CDK4/6 inhibitor. The goal is to see if this combination can help control the cancer.
This trial tests a combination of three drugs for breast cancer that has spread and has low levels of hormone receptors. The goal is to see if this treatment can help control the cancer.
This trial tests a combination of a new immunotherapy drug (adebrelimab) with a targeted pill (dalpiciclib) and standard hormone therapy for women with advanced hormone receptor positive, HER2 negative breast cancer. It may help patients who have not yet had certain prior treatments, aiming to slow the cancer's growth.
This trial studies whether dalpiciclib can slow down or control advanced hormone receptor–positive breast cancer and assess how safe it is. It’s for people whose cancer has come back in a limited way or spread and can’t be fully cured with surgery or radiation.
This trial tests whether adding the drug dalpiciclib to standard hormone therapy improves outcomes for people with a certain type of early breast cancer (hormone receptor-positive, HER2-negative). It may help lower the risk of the cancer coming back.
This study tests whether adding a new drug called dalpiciclib to standard hormone therapy improves outcomes for women with early-stage breast cancer that is hormone-receptor positive. The goal is to see if this combination is more effective and safe than hormone therapy alone.
