Who can take part
- You have soft tissue sarcoma (cancer of muscle, fat, or connective tissue) in your arm, leg, or trunk that is intermediate- to high-grade and either at least 5 cm in size or located deep under the skin
- Your doctors have recommended radiation therapy as part of your treatment plan
- You are at least 15 years old and in generally good enough health to receive radiation, anlotinib, and immunotherapy
- You have not had radiation to this same area of your body before
- You are willing to use birth control during treatment and for 6 months after if you can have children
- You can commit to regular follow-up visits and comply with all study procedures
