Who can take part
- You have pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) diagnosed with a heart catheterization test
- Your current PAH medications have been stable for at least 3 months
- You can walk between 75 and 450 meters (roughly 250–1,500 feet) in a 6-minute walk test
- You have moderate to severe activity limitations (WHO functional class II–IV) despite treatment
- You do not have significant lung disease, heart disease, kidney disease, or liver disease
- You are not currently taking cyclosporine or experimental PAH treatments
