Lobectomy vs. Sublobar Resection for Small NSCLC

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • Your tumor is 2 cm or smaller on a CT scan, with a specific appearance (consolidation-to-tumor ratio between 0.5 and 1).
  • You have good lung function (enough to tolerate either surgery).
  • You have no more than 3 lung spots on the same side of the lung.
  • You have not had any previous lung surgery or anti-cancer treatment for this cancer.
  • You do not have serious heart, lung, or mental health conditions.
