Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with coronary artery disease (blocked heart vessels) and had a procedure to restore blood flow—either a stent (PCI) or bypass surgery (CABG)
- You are at least 18 years old
- You are willing to sign a consent form showing you understand the study
- You do not have serious heart rhythm problems, advanced heart failure, or severe structural heart disease
- You do not have severe lung, liver, kidney problems, or severe blood imbalances
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or dealing with severe psychiatric illness, cancer, or severe infections
