- You are between 40 and 50 years old

- You have mild to moderate muscle stiffness (spasticity) in affected limbs
- You can sit upright with balance for at least 1 hour
- You can follow instructions and commit to the rehabilitation program
- You do not have severe speech or thinking problems that would prevent participation
