This trial compares video-based therapy at home to in-clinic therapy for improving arm and hand movement in people who have had a stroke more than six months ago. It may help you regain function in your affected arm.

Who can take part
- You are between 35 and 75 years old.
- It has been at least 6 months since your stroke.
- You have some movement in your affected shoulder (at least 10–15 degrees of bending and lifting sideways) and at least 5–10 degrees of movement in your wrist and thumb/fingers.
- You have a smartphone or laptop with internet access and can use it for video sessions.
- Your arm muscle tone is slightly increased (score of 2 or higher on the modified Ashworth scale).
- You are not currently in any other fitness program that focuses on improving arm function.
