Who can take part
- You have stable chest pain or suspected heart disease
- You are scheduled for a heart catheterization (coronary angiography) with blood flow testing
- Any narrowing in your target artery is less than 50%, or between 50–90% with a blood flow test (FFR) showing good flow (>0.80)
- You can provide informed consent
- You do not have acute heart attack, severe heart failure, or dangerous irregular heartbeats
- You can safely receive adenosine (a medication that dilates blood vessels) and have no severe asthma or high-degree heart blocks
