Safety and Blood Levels of PMG1016 in Healthy Adults

Chronic Kidney Disease

This study tests a new experimental medicine called PMG1016 to see how safe it is and how it moves through the body in healthy volunteers. You'll receive a single dose and have your blood checked and heart monitored to make sure the medicine is well-tolerated.

Who can take part

  • Be in good overall health with no serious medical conditions (heart disease, diabetes, mental health issues, infections, etc.)
  • Have a BMI between 17.5–32.0 and weigh 50–100 kg (males) or 45–100 kg (females)
  • Normal heart rhythm and blood pressure (heart rate 40–100 bpm, blood pressure below 140/95)
  • No use of prescription medications (except birth control) for 2 weeks before the study
  • Women: Use two forms of contraception (like condom + birth control pill) and have a negative pregnancy test
  • No alcohol, recreational drugs, or recent blood donations; willing to stay at a research clinic for the study period
