Who can take part
- Be in good overall health with no serious medical conditions (heart disease, diabetes, mental health issues, infections, etc.)
- Have a BMI between 17.5–32.0 and weigh 50–100 kg (males) or 45–100 kg (females)
- Normal heart rhythm and blood pressure (heart rate 40–100 bpm, blood pressure below 140/95)
- No use of prescription medications (except birth control) for 2 weeks before the study
- Women: Use two forms of contraception (like condom + birth control pill) and have a negative pregnancy test
- No alcohol, recreational drugs, or recent blood donations; willing to stay at a research clinic for the study period
