  • You are a healthy man or woman between 18 and 55 years old.
  • You do not smoke or use nicotine, and have not for at least 32 months.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and will use reliable birth control if needed.
  • You have no major medical conditions like heart disease, diabetes, or cancer.
  • You are not taking any regular prescription medicines (except birth control or occasional pain relievers).
  • You are willing to eat a high-fat meal and avoid grapefruit, caffeine, and alcohol during the study.
