Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older and live in Portugal
  • You are an unpaid family caregiver (not paid as a professional) for someone with chronic illness, disability, or ongoing care needs
  • You have been providing regular caregiving help for at least 4 months
  • You own a smartphone that works with the TIVA app and can access the internet
  • You can read and understand Portuguese
  • You are willing to use the TIVA app for 4 weeks and answer study questions
