Who can take part

  • You are 65 or older and have been diagnosed with dementia (Alzheimer's or a related disease).
  • You live at home, not in a care facility.
  • You have symptoms like aggression, agitation, or anxiety that are noted in your medical records.
  • You are an unpaid caregiver who is at least 21 years old.
  • You care for the person with dementia for at least 10 hours a week.
  • You have regular access to a computer or smartphone with internet and can read English well.
