Who can take part

  • Diagnosed with borderline resectable pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (cancer that's partially attached to blood vessels) confirmed by imaging and expert review
  • Biopsy of your pancreatic tumor must be available with sufficient cancer cells for genetic testing
  • No prior chemotherapy, radiation, or surgery for pancreatic cancer (one cycle of a specific drug combination during waiting time is allowed)
  • Good overall health and physical condition (WHO performance status 0–1)
  • Adequate blood counts, liver, kidney, and heart function based on recent blood work and heart tracing
  • Age 18–80 years old (ages 75–80 require special fitness evaluation)
