- You are 18 or older and have biopsy-proven borderline resectable pancreatic cancer
- You must be healthy enough for surgery based on your surgeon’s assessment
- Your general activity level is OK (ECOG 0–1) and you can likely do daily activities
- Your blood and organ tests are in safe ranges (enough white blood cells/platelets, acceptable liver/kidney function, normal clotting tests)
- Your scans show no spread to distant organs (no proven metastatic disease)
- You have not had prior pancreas (or nearby) radiation, and you can receive chemotherapy safely
