Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 65 years old.
- Your body mass index (BMI) is between 19 and 35, and you weigh at least 45 kg.
- You have had chronic hepatitis B for at least 6 months.
- You are either currently on a stable antiviral treatment (for parts A and B) or have not taken antiviral treatment for at least 6 months (for parts C and D).
- You do not have other serious liver conditions, cirrhosis, or liver cancer.
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant, and you agree to use reliable birth control if needed.
