Who can take part
- You have had chronic hepatitis B for at least 6 months
- Your hepatitis B e antigen (HBeAg) test is negative
- You are currently on a stable oral antiviral drug (like entecavir or tenofovir) for at least 6 months
- Your hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) level is above 100 but not more than 3,000 IU/mL
- Your liver is not severely scarred (no cirrhosis) and you have no other major liver diseases
- You have not had prior treatment with certain gene-silencing therapies
