This study tests whether guided exercise sessions done from home can help cancer survivors over 65 who live in rural areas feel stronger and recover better. You'll work with an exercise specialist online to safely rebuild fitness after cancer treatment.

  • Completed cancer treatment within the last 12 months
  • Age 65 or older
  • Live in a rural area outside Saskatoon or Regina
  • Able to speak and understand English
  • Physically cleared to exercise by research staff
