Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with prostate cancer that hasn't spread to other parts of the body and can be treated with surgery.
- Your cancer is considered high-risk: for example, your tumor is large (T2c or higher), your Gleason score is 8 or more, your PSA is 20 or higher, or you have lymph node spread detected by imaging.
- You are in good physical condition (ECOG score 0 or 1, meaning you can carry out daily activities without help).
- A special PET scan (PSMA-PET) shows that your main prostate tumor has a high level of PSMA activity (SUVmax of 20 or more).
- Your blood counts, kidney function, liver function, and blood clotting are within acceptable limits.
