  • You are 18 years or older
  • You speak Spanish and prefer to receive mental health care in Spanish
  • You live in a rural or frontier (remote) community in Montana or New Mexico
  • You have screened positive for depression symptoms on a Spanish-language test
  • You are able to attend video telehealth sessions from home
  • You are able to understand the study and provide your consent to participate
