Who can take part
- You have never received chemotherapy or immunotherapy for your cancer (with rare exceptions)
- Your cancer is advanced or has spread, and a doctor has confirmed it with a biopsy or imaging
- You are in good enough health to handle strong treatments (ECOG score 0–1)
- Your blood counts and organ function tests are within safe limits for chemotherapy
- You are willing to use effective birth control during and for up to 14 months after treatment if you can become pregnant
