Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have advanced bile duct or gallbladder cancer that has not been treated before, or came back after surgery.
- You are able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1) and expected to live at least 3 months.
- Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function must be within certain safe limits.
- You cannot have a history of autoimmune disease or use long-term steroids.
- You must agree to use effective birth control during and for 120 days after treatment.
